New publication showcases Caithness
A new publication which celebrates Caithness is now available.
On Friday February 1 a new publication celebrating Caithness and the regeneration of the area went out as a North of Scotland Newspapers supplement with every edition of the John O’Groat Journal.
This is Caithness is a collaboration by DSRL, Caithness & North Sutherland Regeneration Partnership, the Caithness Chamber of Commerce and Highlands & Islands Enterprise, with the Dounreay Communications team taking the lead.
Editor Sue Thompson explains: “ This is Caithness gives the community a brief flavour of all that’s happening as we focus on regeneration of the area and new business opportunities for life beyond Dounreay.
“We are already actively involved in supporting projects in the area such as the Dark Skies project and Caithness Horizons, and it’s nice to showcase some of the great work that people are doing out there and celebrate the unique and diverse cultures and achievements of our county.”
